Does the Recharge Sleeping Patch contain hormones that can disrupt my menstrual cycle?
It contains melatonin (2.5 mg), the hormone your body produces on its own to regulate the sleep cycle. It is not a sex hormone and it does not act on your menstrual cycle. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor before using it.
Are there any warnings or contraindications?
Do not drive or operate machinery after applying the patch.
Do not combine with alcohol.
Consult your doctor before use if you take antidepressants or any other medication that acts on the central nervous system.

If I apply more than one patch at a time, will the effect be faster?
The dosage is based on the idea that you will feel relief with the use of a single patch; our recommendation is that you use one patch at a time.
Is redness around the patch normal?
Some redness is normal during application and removal. However, if you notice irritation or discomfort, it is necessary to remove it and clean the area with soap and water.
