Welcome to The Everyday Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theeverydaylab.us (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Ecerouno LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a U.S. contact address at 2 S Biscayne Blvd, Suite 3200-6700, Miami, FL 33131 ("The Everyday Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from the Site.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer. Our products are wellness and personal-care products. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Products intended for children should be used only as directed and under adult supervision.

3. Orders & Acceptance. All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Once an order is placed it may not be modified; contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

4. Pricing & Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

5. Shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.

6. Returns & Refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design — is owned by or licensed to The Everyday Lab and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Everyday Lab's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
