When will my order be confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once your payment is processed in our system. Depending on the payment method, this may take 1–6 business days. You will then receive a confirmation email with a summary of your products and the total order amount.
What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged or with the wrong product?
Write to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theeverydaylab.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Why does my order say "payment pending" — should I place a new order?
No, please don't place it twice. Most payments are processed immediately, but depending on the payment method it can take 1–6 business days to register in our system. As soon as we register your payment you'll get a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If a week goes by and it still hasn't arrived, write to us at hello@theeverydaylab.com.
Can I cancel my order after it's confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed it can't be cancelled or modified from your account, because it is already being processed. If you need help, write to us the same day you placed the order at hello@theeverydaylab.com and we'll do everything we can.
What is the shipping cost?
When you add products to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be able to see the exact shipping cost. Please note that during certain promotions, products, or campaigns, you may receive FREE shipping. Shipments are made exclusively within the United States.
My order hasn’t arrived. What happens if the package does not arrive within the estimated time?

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
3–5 business days.
Can I return a product?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is new, sealed and unopened in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened or whose seal has been broken, and The Ultimate Collagen Boost is final sale.
To start one, email hello@theeverydaylab.com with your order number and the items involved. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and please don't ship anything back before the return is approved.

I used the collagen and I didn't see results. What now?
That is exactly what our 45-Day First-Try Guarantee is for. On your first order per household, placed directly at theeverydaylab.us, try The Liquid Collagen Boost, The Ultimate Collagen Boost or The Collagen Bundle for at least 45 days. If you don't see real improvement, email hello@theeverydaylab.com between day 45 and day 60 from your purchase date and we'll refund the price of the product.
You don't have to send anything back — it is a refund, not a return, which is why it covers product you have already opened and used. Original shipping charges are not refunded. One unit per product type, and purchases from Amazon or any other marketplace are not covered.
