The Menstrual Heat Patch is an ultra-thin thermal patch designed to provide relief and comfort during menstrual cramps and abdominal discomfort associated with your period. It delivers consistent heat that helps relax muscles and ease the sensation of pain in a practical way — without the need for medication.
This patch activates upon contact with air and begins generating heat gradually, reaching its ideal temperature in about 15 minutes. It stays warm for up to 5 hours, providing relief while you go about your daily activities. Its flexible and discreet design allows it to be worn comfortably under clothing — at home, at work, or while traveling.
Ingredients
Iron, activated charcoal, water, salt, and vermiculite (mineral). Each box contains 3 patches.
Dosage and Frequency
Use one patch as soon as cramps begin. It provides up to 5 hours of heat. After each hour of use, remove the patch for at least 5 minutes to let your skin rest.
How to Use
Open the package, peel off the adhesive film, and attach the patch to your underwear in the abdominal area — never directly on the skin. The patch will begin to warm up in approximately 15 minutes. Remove and dispose of after use.

The patch can reach up to 60°C. Prolonged contact with heat, even at low levels, may cause burns. Check your skin frequently during use and remove the patch immediately if you notice irritation, burns or blisters, or if it feels too hot.
Remove the patch for at least 5 minutes after every hour of use.
Do not apply directly on the skin, on wounds, damaged skin, the face, or where medication or another heat source has been applied.
Do not use under belts, tight clothing or strong pressure.
Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation or rheumatoid arthritis, or if your skin is sensitive.
The product contains iron and may be harmful if ingested. If swallowed, or if the contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse the mouth or affected area with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Contraindications
Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use during MRI or X-ray procedures. Do not heat in a microwave or attempt to reheat.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. The patch activates when exposed to air — do not open until ready to use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
This product does not contain medicine. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation occurs.
