The instructions said the dose for people over 50 was 3 droppers. I started taking them and within a week I became constipated and very gassy. I contacted you and was told you weren't doctors and didn't know about side effects. I finally consulted a doctor friend and with some googling, and indeed I was overdosing. I lowered the dose and everything seems fine, it just does cause gas. I think the product is fabulous. I also use the vaginal one. People notice a change in my skin and I feel better.

I'm about to complete a month using it and I plan to buy again, I like it because it's very practical to take, I do it when I wake up, it's already part of my routine. I've seen my skin looks more moisturized, luminous, before I had acne breakouts very often, now it's very rare that one appears, I've noticed the fine lines under my eyes look more blurred and the area looks more moisturized.
